Our office was founded in 2007 in Kalymnos and deals with:

1. The study – supervision and construction of buildings of independent use (residence, shop, hotel, etc.)

2. The issuance of building permits

3. The drafting of topographical diagrams

4. The drawing up of static studies for buildings with a load-bearing body made of reinforced concrete, metal or composite frame and load-bearing masonry

5. The drawing up of static adequacy studies in accordance with the provisions of the respective regulations (KAN.EPE., EUROCODES) in cases of arbitrary or height additions and by extension to existing buildings

6. The regulation of arbitrary and the issuance of certificates for notarial acts

7. The drawing up of electronic identification of buildings

8. The drawing up of energy efficiency studies of buildings and P.E.A. certificates.

9. The drawing up of the corresponding studies for the issuance of a license to operate health shops

10. In collaboration with a network of real estate and experienced brokers with the sale of real estate

The studies in the office as well as the on-site measurements are done with specialized software and instruments. For example, our office uses:
